The Domains are a loose association of caniform worlds. A semblance of order is maintained by the various fleets of Corsairs. Here is Lord High Admiral Dhurghiz Khur, Alpha of Alphas, Protector of the Lupen People, head of the largest Corsair fleet,and Lord Grey's former boss.
